Protect your business from dangerous flood damage with the FloodSax Business Protection Pack
Each pack contains 20 (48cm X 55cm) Vacuum packed FloodSax that will expand after contact with water.

FloodSax absorb water to act just like sandbags, but dont have to be filled with heavy sand and are designed so they mould into doorways to keep floodwater out.
Simply immerse the floodbags in water at the scene and thier semi-porous inner liner has hundreds of absorbent crystals which retain the water against tremendous pressure.
The bags can be folded and take up a tiny amount of storage space compared to sandbags which are heavy, unwieldy and deteriorate if stored for a long time. The floodbags weigh hardly anything which solves any health and safety issues in terms of handling dead weights such as traditional sandbags.
The bags last for 5 years while stored and once inflated at the scene stay inflated for 6-8 weeks. They are UK-manufactured and tested and are ideal for areas vulnerable to flash floods. They are biodegradable so can be disposed of in landfill sites.

The product itself is a more cost-effective and efficient alternative to sand bags with the added value of being light to transport and space efficient for storage; it is absolutely brilliant and totally genuine. We look forward to enjoying a long term business relationship with this company.

FloodSax really saved the day. They have been absolutely brilliant. There was a raging torrent coming down the hill but three layers of 10 sacks held it back from our door. Last year we were flooded very badly – we put in a £250,000 insurance claim as a result – but this time we’ve been able to function as normal.

FloodSax are now another element of an increasingly robust flood defence strategy in Rotherham. Once the FloodSax have been correctly positioned they provide an effective barrier against flood water. The 2007 Summer floods shows the importance in providing protection to properties, homes and businesses from flood damage.
